Chestnut Court provides a flexible drop-in service for adults who require a moderate level of support to achieve their personal goals and maintain their independence. This programme is also particularly suited to individuals who are planning for retirement and wish to remain socially connected, active, and engaged in meaningful activities.The service can be accessed on a full-time or part-time basis, depending on individual needs, preferences, and identified support requirements. At Chestnut Court, we offer a welcoming and supportive environment where individuals can participate in a range of social, recreational, educational, and community-based activities that promote wellbeing, choice, and inclusion.
Our person-centred approach ensures that each individual is supported to enjoy a fulfilling lifestyle, build relationships, pursue interests, and remain connected to their local community in a way that is meaningful to them. This programme area is based in Bagenalstown.
